What is the EVEREVE return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-8 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.
Can I return an online order to an EVEREVE store?
Yes, online orders can be returned to any of our retail locations free of charge. Please have your order confirmation email or packing slip ready for the stylist.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of your original purchase date. Please contact our customer care team with your order number.
