Returns & Exchanges

At EVEREVE, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx or USPS location, depending on the carrier specified on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
